SteppingStones is a local boutique business in Calgary that provides the organization, service and support to streamline every kind of home transition. We'll guide you through a successful relocation while handling the process with care, dignity and compassion.

We are committed to actively listening and communicating with our clients to ease the emotional stress and strain of later-life moves. We appreciate how overwhelming changing your living environment can be, and aim to minimize the impact on you and your family.

In order to provide the best possible service and support to our clients, SteppingStones is currently operating in Calgary, Alberta and surrounding bedroom communities. If you are looking for support outside this area, please contact us to ensure we can provide or coordinate services for the area in question.

About the owner

Diane Graves
B.ED, CRTS

Diane comes from a background of working in Management as a Human Resources Professional (CHRP). Her experience in managing and helping employees, has helped hone her interpersonal, organizational and project management skills. Diane is a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist who has a passion for helping others. She is active in the Calgary community supporting various charities at a board level, including the Youth Emergency Shelter and, currently, the Women in Need Society (WINS).

Thank you for taking the interest in finding out how SteppingStones can help. My passion for supporting people through difficult transitions began while helping my own mother and family friends through downsizing and relocations. I saw firsthand the emotional toil that leaving a long time home for the unfamiliar has on individuals. It was heart breaking to sort through years of memories with them, but we also shared many laughs and stories that made the process easier. My personal goal is to make the relocation and transition as easy as possible for you and your family.
